Why are some of the Disney pins so expensive?
Disney pins range from general unilimited issue to Limited production of 100, or 50 or less. That means there are only 100 of those pins available worldwide. Naturally, those pins are more sought-after, and more costly. Some pins are awards, and not available to the public, so they are more sought after, too. I generally do not sell publicly issued widely circulated pins.
Can you combine shipping if I get more than one item?
Yes! I will gladly pack whatever I can together to save shipping costs for you. Items must be purchased at the same time. Simply send the total with all shipping costs. If you pay via Paypal, I will refund the difference from combining shipping. If you send a money order or check, I will include a check for the difference in the lower combined shipping cost.
Do you have a return policy in case I am not happy with my item?
Yes. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisifed, you can contact me via email and let me know the issue. I will work to correct it, or you can arrange to return the item to me, at your expense, insured and delivery confirmed. Upon receipt, I will credit you for the original cost and shipping to use on any other item I have listed, or you can get a complete refund including the original shipping costs.
Can I get additional information or pictures of an item I want?
You can! Just email me to let me know your questions or needs, and I can provide whatever additional information you need. Photographs will be sent to your email address, limited to 3 photo attachments per email. I will gladly send multiple emails if you need more than 3 pics.
How frequently do you ship items that are sold?
I use on-line shipping via USPS and I use UPS for heavier items, so I can process orders every day. I generally ship as soon as the payment is processed and cleared. Money orders ship same day of receipt. Every item is bar-coded for delivery confirmation.
How can I tell if a pin is authentic and not a bootleg or counterfeit pin?
I generally use www.pinpics.com as my primary source of information for Disney pins. They are the leading authority on Disney pins, and you can get information and production information there for free! They list all known forgeries, and tips on what to look for to determine if a pin is authentic. Naturally, buying from a reputable seller helps, too!
What about insurance?
Insurance will be inlcuded where I deem it to be appropriate, at my expense. It is my responsibility to get the item to you in perfect condition. I may opt to self-insure, and I always offer to accept returns, so you are fully protected and assured to get what you paid for in perfect shape.
